Description: Join us for a healing session at our Art Therapy Grief Support Group. This event offers a safe space for individuals to express their emotions through art. Our experienced therapists will guide you through various creative activities to help you cope with your grief. Whether you're dealing with the loss of a loved one or going through a difficult time, this group provides a supportive environment for you to process your feelings. No artistic skills required, just an open mind and a willingness to explore. The group will be led by a Pre-Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (P-LCAT), Mariah, to ensure safety, knowledge, and comfort in your group therapy experience. Come and feel supported by a community of people going through the same process, and guided by a mental health professional.

The exact location of the event will be shared with ticket holders. This group will be small and intimate, tickets are limited.

Important to note: I practice under the supervision of a licensed art therapist, Teresa Weston, LCAT, ATR-BC, so you’re in skilled, guided hands as we navigate your creative healing path.
