✨️Art Therapy for Emotional Healing✨️
Join us every 2nd Sunday at 4 pm
Rocio will create a sacred space for you to safely explore the depths of emotion, allowing you to release and heal through art.
We will begin with a grounding meditation to connect to our emotions. Followed by painting your healing process or expressing your emotions onto a canvas. There is no wrong way to do it.
The investment is only $10, which includes paint, canvas, and a cup of warm or cold tea.
