This 6-week art as therpay workshop will teach you how to use art as a tool to examine your thoughts and emotions. Art Talk embodies cognitive behavioral methods & art as therapy techniques as a way to restructure thoughts & regulate the nervous system in order to achieve a higher level of mental wellness.
This group will be held weekly at The Huddle in Newport, RI. The group meets every Tuesday from 6pm-8pm from October 4th until Novemebr 8th. All art supplies will be included!
