Join us for coffee, cookies, and creativity as we welcome our first Art Talk artist, Constance Hall.
Constance is an Arlington-based artist whose work is largely narrative and often biographical, drawing from her experiences, family, books, history, current events, and imagined places. Her work often uses humor and irony to make social, political, or moral comments.
For this Art Talk, Constance will demonstrate gelatin plate printmaking, a versatile printmaking process she uses in her own studio practice for portraits, landscapes, abstract backgrounds, color exploration, t-shirts, and more.
Bring your notebook or sketchpad, enjoy a relaxed artist talk, and watch as Constance shares her process and demonstrates her medium.
