Art & Impact teens invite the community to celebrate the life and legacy of our late neighbor, Jean Birkenstein Washington, through a dynamic exhibition of her artwork alongside original pieces inspired by her vision, creativity, and leadership. This centennial tribute reflects the powerful connection between art and activism, bridging generations through shared expression and purpose.

Join us on May 8 from 4–7 PM in the Art on Sedgwick Gallery & Studio spaces for an evening of art, reflection, and community. Refreshments will be served.
