Art Saved My Life: The In-Between is an immersive mental health experience designed to explore the discomfort, growth, and transformation that happens in seasons of waiting.

Throughout the afternoon, you’ll move through a curated experience that blends:

• A conceptual art installation: The Waiting Room
• Guided wellness experiences (yoga, sound bath, meditation)
• Live performance (music/spoken word)
• Community reflection + storytelling
• Light bites + curated atmosphere

Each element is intentionally designed to help you not just escape the in-between…

but learn how to sit inside it.

This experience explores:

• Waiting for healing
