Art, Rest & Repair Workshop

Sometimes, we spend so much time holding everything together, we forget what it feels like to simply let go.

The Cub brings you Art, Rest & Repair Workshop, a restorative art and expression experience designed for adults to slow down, explore and reconnect with themselves through creative expression.

This guided 90-minute session provides a psychologically informed space to explore thoughts, emotions and personal experiences through paint, colour, collage, movement and creative processes. You don`t need to be an artist or have any prior experience. There is no right or wrong way to create.

The workshop includes:

- Guided creative prompts

- Paint, colour and collage-based activities

- Creative expression and movement

- Opportunities for self-reflection and emotional awareness

- A safe, judgment-free space for expression

- Optional sharing

- All art materials provided
