Every First Friday SolRa Studios host a new Artist! Come Meet Mike Templeton! Raised in the suburbs of Phoenix, Mike has always been a big thinker with a nervous energy and a likeable demeanor. After 5 years of work at an indigent patient assistance program under a big pharmaceutical company, he persisted a career as a musician. He published 6 albums, but the record label to whom his record deal was signed had dissolved suddenly on 9-11-2001. He then went to college for actuarial astro physics, and became the president of the ethics club, but a lack of funds put an end to his collegiate experience. He then moved to San Diego for an internship at an art gallery, and a job as a wine-and-painting instructor. There, he obtained an intimate knowledge of gallery operations, but was forced to move when his home caught on fire and burned to the ground. He is now the jack of more trades than any jack you’ll ever know. He now lives in Kingman among the most talented artists he has ever met, and is honored to have you here to enjoy his unique creations of music, mixed media, mechanical art, and classical surrealism.
