About Your Instructor:

Welcome to the Art of Yoga! My name is Pamela (Pam), I am proud mom of my two beautiful children, Luis and Sofia, and a lifetime resident of Mississauga. I am so excited to be leading this yoga class for you. Having completed Level 1 Teacher Training, I bring experience as both an avid yoga practitioner and class leader. My primary teaching style is power yoga, a dynamic practice that builds strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall stamina.

Over time, I have thoughtfully integrated elements from other yoga traditions to create a more balanced and holistic experience that supports both the mental and physical aspects of the practice. I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, so I offer modifications for all poses to ensure classes are inclusive for all ages and skill levels. This practice will seamlessly weave together themes from the exhibitions currently on display at the Art Gallery of Mississauga. I look forward to meeting you on your mat!
