My womb art circle in nature has arrived!

You are invited to come and rest your whole being - mind, body, and soul - in this immersive women's circle in nature.

This is ideal for you if you're someone who has felt disconnection, discomfort, or shame in relation to your womb.

This is the space to reclaim your womb's power and majesty, befriending what has been dismissed and buried in the past.

We have distinct stories with our wombs - there's no right or wrong here, I'm here to support you through whatever emotions you're holding.

Your womb is a powerful source of intuition and your creative channel. When you are feeling blocked here, everything in life can stagnate. It can make you forget who you really are, why you're here, and feel numb to the pleasure you are capable of experiencing.

Many of us can't even talk about our womb experiences. But what if that's partly because language can't fully touch the depth of it?

Artistic expression and nature immersion are known to potentially help and heal the inflammation, stress, and self perception in relation to the womb, whether PMS or sexual shame.

This session has creative prompts and art making to engage you in your healing journey as an active participant, and nature 'bathing' (of the 5 senses in the forest atmosphere) so that you can integrate all your creative power and take it forward in your life.

This is a totally unique session. I've never attended one of them - that's why I know they're needed.

They are a combination of potent alternative ways of healing I've developed myself that you can't find anywhere else.
