Most of us want to be fully seen, heard, and genuinely loved in our relationships.Yet, it can be uncomfortable and scary to drop the mask and allow your true authentic self to shine, to love, and to receive love.
The “Art of Human Connection” is an experience designed by Steffi Seefeld to make it comfortable for you to move beyond that discomfort and experience pure bliss, joy, belonging and love through deep connection with yourself, another person, and the group.
What Can You Expect?
**Deep, Meaningful Interactions: Dive into the essence of heartfelt connections.
**Being comfortably uncomfortable: Pushing your own edges in the pace of your trust
**Meeting Beautiful Souls: Great friendships, partnerships, and dance-off partners have found each other at these experiences.
**Loads of Joy: Expect an evening filled with deep joy, warmth, and a sense of belonging that makes you feel fuzzy in your heart.
** BYOP (Bring Your Own Partner): Share this experience with a friend, partner, or colleague and watch the magic unfold together.
We will start 7 PM sharp with an intention as a group and will not be able to let anyone in after 7 PM.
We do this to protect the shared container that we all are curating. Please arrive with enough time for parking (which can be challenging in the area!), check-in, and grounding.
From 7 - 9PM you will be guided through non-verbal and verbal exercises. We will journey through the connections with self, with another person and with the group.
We will close the event together between 9 and 9:30 PM.

Steffi is an award-winning facilitator of Community and Transformation. As an "overcomer" of traumatizing childhood events, and enough toxic relationship patterns, Steffi made loving, authentic, relationship her superpower and shares that with every human she comes in connection with. Her experiences and dedication to love and connections make her an exceptional facilitator to create the space for you to be comfortably uncomfortable in this transformational experience.
