Art of Healing Workshop

The workshop will take place in a secret art garden in Barrio Logan. The goal of the workshop is to provide people with a safe place to help heal their pain through art and mindfullness techniques. You don't need to be an expert painter, we will provide you with a small canvas to paint on and paint at your own pace for 30-45mins. At the end we will provide a quiet room for a 5minute meditation session for beginners.
