Many people, and many women, think that femininity equals weakness. Fortunately, this misconception coming from the past is slowly but surely is fading away...
Nowadays lots of women still associate that being a feminine woman is something negative. As a result, they create a life and self-image where they look as strong as possible.
However, this extremity comes at a price of health, solitude, lack of harmony and relationship – often with self, her body, and the partner.
While the masculinity helps us make clear and firm decisions, feminine touch and word can be even more impactful… Come and discover the rest!

ABOUT EGLE
Egle Adamonyte is a certified therapeutic coach and mindfulness teacher, member of Mindfulness Association and Lithuanian Trauma Psychology Association, facilitator of Forest Bathing, Mindfulness events and therapeutic women circles in Luxembourg, and women retreats in Cyprus. She helps women facing expatriation challenges, going through career and relationship crisis, experiencing self-confidence and body image related matters.
