The Art of Feeling presents a four-day Workshop series for parent and child. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in our thoughts and forget to tune into our emotions. Feeling Workshops provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore, express, and understand their emotions.For children, it’s a playful yet powerful space to make sense of big feelings — with the loving presence of their caregivers.
