Art of Accomplishment Presents: The VIEW Mindset with Brett & Alexa Kistler

The Art of Accomplishment was created by Joe Hudson and Tara Howley. Their unique approach to transformation draws from several spiritual, psychological, and neurological sources. It blends decades of personal development and experience and has been taught to thousands of people around the world.

Led by senior facilitators from the Art of Accomplishment, this workshop will help you discover the core skills of VIEW (Vulnerability, Impartiality, Empathy, and Wonder) for yourself. You will learn how to use VIEW as a tool for self-inquiry, as a way of having extraordinary conversations in relationships, and as a form of engaging with conflict to make it productive rather than divisive.

Over years of leading this work, we've seen that transformation doesn't come from more information. That’s why we utilize a "reverse classroom" style of learning where you will get to be an active participant and co-creator in your learning process, and experience real-time shifts in your perspective and behavior.

Brett is an entrepreneur, coach, and facilitator. His background includes coaching and mentoring the world's top athletes in the high-risk sport of wingsuit BASE jumping. He now coaches executives and co-hosts the Art of Accomplishment podcast.

Alexa is a trained anthropologist with a background in design thinking. Her passion for “making the strange familiar… and the familiar strange” has informed her path through corporate work as a strategy consultant, a coach, and a facilitator.
