Whether you’ve never touched a needle before or you’re looking to sharpen your sewing skills, this beginner-friendly workshop is the perfect creative escape.
Under the expert guidance of local textile artist Garland Hayes-Soto, you will learn the foundational sewing techniques needed to craft a stylish, durable tote bag completely from scratch.
By the end of the night, you’ll walk away with a functional, custom-made tote perfect for carrying your favorite museum gift shop finds or market groceries, plus the confidence to tackle your next sewing project.
This workshop is explicitly designed with beginners in mind. All sewing tools, machines, and materials are provided. Just bring your creativity!
