Welcome to a new era - Wild Learning now hosts fabulous Paint & Sip style Art Workshops @ Qirkz in the Hunter!The Event: ART NIGHT OUT - Flaming-ohs!
Every year it's a Wild Learning tradition to celebrate Emmie’s favourite pink bird on international Flamingo Day by holding a special flamingo painting session.
Never done one? You need a flamingo painting. Been to all the other ones? You need a 2025 flamingo too.
Choose your own flamingo-inspo picture and learn how to sketch up your designs
Choose your colours: classic flamingo pink / Neon pink / or go wild and paint your flamingo any colour you like!
Follow our simple step by step instructions to create your unique painting at your own pace
This is paint and sip, the Wild Learning way: Our step by step process makes painting fun and you get to create something totally personalised.
You get plenty of instruction and support so you know how to create your artwork, with lots of freedom to be creative, relax and paint at your own pace while you chat to friends and other painters or visit the bar
Qirkz in the Hunter is a licenced venue with a fabulous bar - so you can purchase wine, beer, cider, spirits and cocktails, soft drink or amazing coffee to enjoy during your painting session - come early or stay late to make it a fabulous night out!

Emmie has managed to combine a deep love of art, sewing, singing, flamingos and all things gold into a career as an artist, community arts worker and owner of creative studio Wild Learning. Her teaching style is big on generating creative energy and helping people find their own unique art experience. With a focus on a warm, inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, absolute beginners and experienced creatives find Emmie's classes like a soft place to land in a world that sometimes feels too spikey.
