Devon Dare is a DJ, producer, and vocalist based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, known for blending experimental sound design with a wide spectrum of bass music. She first found her voice in electronic music through collaborations with producers as a featured vocalist, later evolving into a dynamic force behind the decks and in the studio. Her DJ sets fuse forward-thinking textures with diverse bass-driven styles, including 140, half-time, UKG, dubstep, drum and bass, and trap — delivering immersive, high-energy experiences that move between underground grit and emotional depth. Devon has shared stages with artists such as QUIX, Handsome Tiger, Abstrakt Sonance, and Ashez, and has performed at festivals including The Womp Music Festival, Bring Your Love Festival of Arts, Electric Sky Festival, Emotion Arts & Music Festival, MEME Festival, and Bass In The Bush. Beyond performance, Devon is a co-founder and partner of Subconscious Collective, a platform dedicated to showcasing bass-focused electronic music alongside multidisciplinary art. She is also a longtime creative contributor to Bring Your Love Festival of Arts, serving as Environmental Design Director, and is cofounder of Diary Sessions, a project focused Femme music, art, and workshops.
