Art Mayhem is BACK with a brand-new format!
This year, our live painting competition joins Toledo Fringe Fest 2026 on Saturday, September 26, turning creativity into performance art!
Artists will have five hours to create an original painting using only the materials provided by the Collingwood Arts Center, with three hours before Fringe Fest and two hours of live painting during the festival. When time expires, audience voting begins.
Artist Information:
* $25 registration fee
* Individual artists only (no teams)
* Canvas, paint, and brushes are provided
* No outside art supplies permitted
* Artwork must be original and suitable for all ages
* Artists grant the Collingwood Arts Center permission to use their name, likeness, and artwork for promotional purposes
