Art classes focused on freedom of creativity. Discover the joy of creativity! Led by artist Ilona Kohlova, children will develop their imagination and explore Czech art. Classes are held in Czech and English.
The instructor guides children through the wonderful world of artistic imagination and encourages freedom of expression within a safe space. Kids are given time to experiment, to try new things and to be fearless. Some of the classes will be loosely inspired by historical and contemporary Czech art.
About the Instructor: Ilona Kohlova is a Czech artist and graphic designer living in Brooklyn. Together with her husband, Ilona has a son, Alois (born in February 2021), who will also be part of this journey. Her goal is to help create a community of - not only - Czech and Slovak parents with young children. Every creative soul is welcome.
