That's why we're thrilled to introduce our monthly art journaling sessions!Research consistently shows that engaging in art and creative activities can work wonders for our mood, helping us unwind and find our focus again. These sessions are designed to be your haven of creativity, a safe space where you can explore and express yourself freely.
In a relaxed and non-judgmental space, come together on the first Wednesday of the month with other like minded people. Each session brings new prompts to spark your creativity and ignite your imagination.
The sessions are lightly guided, ensuring everyone feels supported and encouraged along the way. We provide the basic art materials, but don't forget to bring your own sketchbooks or journals to capture your artistic adventures.
