You are invited into a monthly art journaling circle—a space to slow down, reflect, and build a creative practice that supports your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being over time.

Facilitated by Makalia, a devoted apprentice of The Medicine Way, this offering invites you to explore art journaling as an ongoing practice—one that moves beyond one-time expression into a rhythm of self-connection, integration, and inner listening.

Much like vision boards, this practice can help clarify intentions and desires—but more deeply, it becomes a living journal you can return to again and again as life unfolds.

Journals and all art supplies are provided.You are also welcome to bring your own journal if you’d like to build continuity in your practice.

Ms. Makalia is a Medicine Way apprentice offering this space in service and community care. She holds a background in psychology and mind-body certifications, and brings a grounded, heart-centered approach to creative exploration.
