Art Is Healing Therapeutic Art Workshop

In the new Art Is Healing series, you will learn ways to relax, destress, or engage your creative side with a different art workshop on the first Saturday of every month.

In August’s group, you will be led by Julia Tuomala LMSW, therapist at Warwick Wellness, in the creation of collage landscapes. This analog form of expression will help you to relax your mind and calm your nervous system.

No artistic experience necessary!
