Art In Mind Sessions

This free 6 week course for 16 - 25 year old is created with the focus on young people who may have experienced struggles with mental health whilst using the therapeutic benefits of art and with the goal to improve self-esteem and self-confidence. However it is also open to all who just have an interest in art!

These will be fun and friendly group sessions held in a safe space of a maximum of 12 people per session. Projects will include learning and exploring various art techniques and medias throughout the 6 week course.

There will also be the opportunity to gain an AQA certificate which you can put on your CV and you can also use your finished art projects to add to a portfolio both of which which you help gain access into further education or into employment opportunities.
