About this Event
Art-making is relaxing and has been proven to be a practical coping skill to manage mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Its also a great way to express emotions without words, process complex feelings, and find relief.
Join us as we introduce our Art From The Heart, where the painting will be a coping tool for self-expression and self-healing. Classes will be taught by Multimedia Artist, Children’s Book Illustrator & Therapeutic Art Life Coach Mr. Justin Green.
