Enter 2026 with intention and positive energy. Enjoy a mindfullness exercise through collage at the Emily Carr House Historic site guided by local Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, Helga Strauss. All experience levels are welcome to participate and bring their goals, hopes, and imaginations to manifest.

About the instructor
Helga Strauss is an artist, educator, and therapeutic arts practitioner. In her personal art practice, she creates art every day, following her joy and curiosity. As a teacher for over 30 years, she encourages her students to do the same. Her mission is to help people spark joy, connection, and healing through creative, art-filled play.
