Celebrate Scranton Fringe Festival's 10th Anniversary with a beautiful tribute. There will be a Retrospective Display of 10 years of Fringe as well as an exhibition of local artists inspired by "Art for All". Opening Reception: Friday, Sept. 20th 5pm-8pm
