Art Club Grand Opening at POST Houston

Head to post Houston to explore the new Art Club, a Black Box Museum featuring rotating new media artworks from award-winning artists worldwide. A transformative, first-of-its-kind cultural destination, Art Club is Houston's new visual arts destination and nightlife experience. Both art space and otherworldly nightclub, Art Club brings international, cosmopolitan talent and artistry to Downtown, inside POST’s X-atrium.

Art Club is a new way to experience emergent audio and visual art. Visitors will spend 90+ minutes winding through the connected galleries at Art Club, immersed in works by artists who draw with lasers, paint with video, and sculpt with sound. Art Club’s Season One exhibition showcases the works of 13 acclaimed new media artists and designers known for their exhibits at sound and light festivals worldwide.

The lineup includes: Shoplifter / Hrafnhildur Arnardóttir, media.tribe, Lachlan Turczan, Lumus Instruments, SETUP, Daniel Anguilu with Taylor Knapps, Reynier Leyva Novo, Skyler Smith, Boris Acket, TUNDRA, Aka Chang, and Nerdy Artist Union. These artists hail from Cuba, Iceland, Mexico, the Netherlands, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, and the United States.
