AAWR presents, Art Bites: Artists Talk and Brunch with Barbara Martin.

Join us in the galleries at AAWR for an exploration of the inspirations, collaborations and methods used by artist Barbara Martin in the creation of "Plastics, An Acquired Taste". Barbara addresses an urgent threat to bodily autonomy: the infiltration of microplastics and toxic polymers into the human body, particularly through pregnancy and infancy, as well as the larger issues of plastic contribution to environmental degradation and climate change.
