We're excited to announce the latest addition to our support group offerings – art-based support group sessions. Art-based support provides a unique path for self-expression, creativity, and healing. It serves as a tool for individuals to explore repressed memories or unresolved traumas.
Our Art-Based Support Group offers a safe and welcoming space for individuals of all backgrounds and experiences. Led by our "A Window Between Worlds" (AWBW) Certified Facilitator, our sessions provide a unique opportunity to harness the healing power of art to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Whether you're an experienced artist or simply looking to explore your creative side, these sessions offer a nurturing space to express yourself through various art forms and techniques.
