Art Awakening is a gentle, therapeutic hypnotic art experience designed to help you slow down, soften inward, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, fragmented, or left behind along the way.Each class begins with grounding and breathwork, followed by a light meditative hypnosis state. In this deeply relaxed space, you’ll be guided to connect with your inner world—your emotions, intuition, creativity, and subconscious awareness.
From this place, you’ll intuitively paint or create art, allowing expression to flow naturally without pressure, judgment, or the need for artistic skill. This process supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and self-discovery through gentle creative integration.
As the session comes to a close, you’ll be fully and safely guided back into conscious awareness, followed by grounding breathwork to help integrate the experience and return feeling centered, calm, and whole.
This class is an invitation to:
• Create without expectation
• Heal through gentle self-connection
• Reclaim lost or quiet parts of yourself
• Process emotions safely through art
• Restore balance and inner presence

• $40 monthly membership (attend any sessions that month)
• $25 single class drop-in
Memberships are flexible and non-consecutive. If you miss a class, that’s okay—there is no pressure to attend every session.
