Art as Therapy Taster workshops
About this Event
In colloboration with Katakata and Neurodiverse cafe, Rita Tam, local art therapist is offering three taster workshops encouraging participants to use art materials to explore themes around identity and acceptance. These taster workshops will take place at the Neurodiverse Cafe.
See these taster workshops as pit stops to pause and reflect on where you are at- guided by some reflective art exercises and music by Rita. The first workshop theme is " Arrival", the second workshop theme is " Acceptance" and the third workshop theme is " Believe"
It will be offered to 10 participants , aged 21 + and spaced over three Monday afternoons in July.
Free refreshment and snack will be provided at Neurodiverse cafe.
Cost of the taster workshops will be based on a sliding scale-please contribute what you feel able to:
£5 community rate
£10 standard rate
£15 support rate
