(ring bell for Shelly Peters, PMHNP-BC, go to 3rd floor of church).We will be trying out open Art in our group for at least the next 4 weeks. April 10th to May 1st will be the tentative schedule to see how "open art" goes. we will be opening with a meditation 10 minute to help promote creativity and the creative thought process. After meditation Art As Therapy Group will be open for attendees to paint, pour paint, adult coloring, polymer clay, clay you bake in a toaster oven for about 30 min. that will be available for use, we also have material to make dream catchers, roll of canvas that can be used, markers, colored pencils, oil pastels, an art area full of art material along with jewelry making supplies, beads, chord, jewelry kits etc. I also have a personal stash of crystal quartz points and aurora quarts, citrine chunks along with amethyst (a purple crystal) points that can be used artistically in many ways including making jewelry pendants, in polymer clay, in dream catchers etc. If you have any ideas or want to chat, we have a chat attached to this event. thank you.
