01arrival & settle in — arrange mats in a circle, make tea, gather belonging. opening & introduction — story, imagery, mantra, and mudra; an introduction to durga and kali.
mindfulness & gathering — quiet walking, journaling, and collecting objects that feel symbolically meaningful.
asana & anthotype — movement inspired by strength, grounding, surrender, and transformation, alongside creating an individual anthotype print
savasana, sound bowl & collective cyanotype — closing rest, then a shared large-scale cyanotype using our bodies and gathered objects
please bring
- a yoga mat, or a blanket or towel to practice on
- a journal and something to write with, if you'd like to reflect
- clothing that allows you to move freely
- water and anything else you need to feel comfortable outdoors
- one or more objects that feel personally or symbolically meaningful to you — connected to your sense of femininity, strength, identity, or devotion
