Enjoy a 1 day retreat of Art &Yoga - Botanical watercolour class and yoga for creativity. Learn how to meditate, mix colours, clear the mind, select the right paint brush and so much more at our venue Eden Gardens in Epsom.
Yoga teacher - Tracy Adshead, will be teaching yoga for creativity. Fiona, your host, guide and contact for the day. Reem, your art instructor- showing you many wonderful ways to paint with watercolours.
There's no need to know to draw, paint or practice yoga as this retreat is designed to make the experince accessible and fun for all!
