Art & Soul SeriesCome to Karma Yoga Center for this special monthly series that brings together Art, Mediation, Movement, and Soul Exploration. Each workshop is meant to inspire creativity, joy, and self-discovery. Beginners, the Curious, and Adepts are all welcome as we delve into various art forms while opening up our Mind, Body & Spirit.
Into the Flow:
join us as we tap into a creative experience for dropping out of our heads into a flow process. All welcome to this mixed media, art play where we will apply color, words, found objects, movement and wonder for a creative exploration of stepping deeper into You. A guided workshop for you to listen inwards and express outwards in your own unique & magical way.

About Stephanie
Stephanie has been leading creative practices for students, families and those who show up :) in various settings with various mediums for nearly 20 years. Knowing that creativity is Spirit in motion, encourages her practice of expressing in new and inspired ways, while sharing these methods with curiosity and an open heart. Found items, re-purposed materials and nature based supplies are included in the innovation of ideas and projects. As a creative with desire, dedication and passion for stretching beyond what is, gently asking how are we shining in the beauty of it all? Embracing our creative nature allows for continued growth and impacts solutions beyond “the canvas”. Stephanie is a devotee of the divine adventure, a multi-faceted explorer with core heart intention for uplifting the greater good. Having completed her 200YTT with Karma Yoga Center, that immersive experience has propelled her daily practice into ever deepening awareness. As a student of life, she embraces the never ending unfolding, with wonder ... dancing in order to Balance Being along the spiral path.
