💛Art & Soul is created for women. It's a relaxing wellness workshop where you can unwind, express yourself, and connect through simple art and journaling.

This is not about being “good at art.” It’s about slowing down, taking a breath, and giving yourself a moment to reset.During this session, we’ll begin a Creative Wellness Journal, combining painting & multi mediums, reflection, and gentle guidance in a peaceful, supportive environment.
