Through shadow work, reading, creating, practice, and community support, participants will explore and dismantle the barriers hindering their artistic expression. Together, as a collective and as individuals, students will uncover methods to build a foundation that motivates, inspires, and awakens the ideas trapped behind self-imposed walls.
