Art and Coffee is a moment to pause and savor the beauty of a work with a community of art appreciators and enthusiasts. Each month we will feature a speaker that is contributing to Jackson’s cultural ecosystem. Please join us on the second Saturday of each month at 10 AM.
Chef Enrika is a Mississippi-born and raised creator and chef-owner of Fauna Foodworks. Chef Enrika has had the unique experience of working with her greatest inspirations and mentors, such as Chef Carla Hall, Emeril Lagasse and was featured on an episode of FOX’s “Hotel Hell” with Chef Gordon Ramsay as well as most recently, battled Bobby Flay on The Food Network “Beat Bobby Flay”. Chef Enrika has been featured in a series of three dinners at the prestigious James Beard House, as well as several culinary curations focusing food and story and culture through her culinary experiences and inspirations. As chef-owner, Chef Enrika has re-focused Fauna Foodworks as an abstract, re-imagined culinary food lab that produces thoughtful, ingredient-driven, bohemian chic cuisine.
