CREATIVE WORKSHOPS
Creating art is an immersive healing process helping us to connect our mind, emotions and body, as art accesses all. It helps to relieve stress, improves creative thinking, and boosts self-esteem.
On our retreat, we will provide a safe, creative space that allows each participant to fully express themselves and free up their inner Creator, so they can start creating the life of their dreams. Even if you think you have no art skills at all, you will leave our retreat as an inspired artist.
Through our Art and Energy sessions, you can find a path to healing and transformation of your Self.

SWEAT LODGE TRANSCENDENTAL CEREMONY
The Sweat Lodge is a sacred ceremony that helps restore the balance between our Soul, Body and Mind, and brings healing into our relationships with others and with ourselves. The Shamans say that it is the dance between the Conscious and the Unconscious, between the light and the shadow, between the masculine and the feminine. And, as such, the Lodge is a representation for the womb of the Great Mother embodied as our Earth. Here, within its darkness, we can reconnect with the sacred mystery of our Divine Essence.

RETREAT PRICE INCLUDES:
- Accommodation 5 days/ 4 nights at a beautiful house with a view of Sedona red rocks, in a serene setting and close proximity to hiking trails, vortexes, parks, shops and eateries.

- During our art workshops, you will create a series of masterpieces that will be charged with your intention and energy of Sedona vortexes.
The main art piece will be made by using mix media: acrylics, epoxy resin, pigments, stones, inks and sparkles. By using crystals you will create your personal amulet of power in that painting.
