There is so much that goes into teaching an effective Yoga class. While many teachers make it look easy, in many ways it's a juggling act; class theme, planning, and sequencing. Having awareness of variations for injury, pregnancy, props, and other unexpected situations. Using effective language and cues, mindful use of music, lighting, quotes, and other supports.

In this weekend we will explore various considerations in teaching a class including; sequencing, accessible options for beginners, prop usage, variations/ modifications, cueing, inspiration, ambience and more.
There will be several opportunities to work with partners and/or in small groups to create classes with peers, practice teaching, and honing the art and skill of teaching.

This workshop can either be attended in person, live via Zoom. The material will be recorded and archived in our private FB group for those that those who wish to watch parts again as a refresher.
