This two hour workshop is led by Emily Hogan. It's the season of growth and color, change and movement!
We will begin working with watercolor and mantras to guide us through into this season. Starting with art early by laying a foundation of watercolor on our paper. While it drys we will begin our practice focusing on the colors we can create during our practice. Colors represented by both our breath and movement. As we transition back to our art we will overlay a personal mantra or add some details on top. Creating a work you can be proud of taking home.
All material will be provided. No art experience necessary, but bring your yoga mat and a positive attitude. Get ready to have some fun!
