This series of guided meditations, led by instructors from the UF Mindfulness team, is inspired by art in the Harn collections and held at the museum. Take a break from your regular schedule to slow down, experience stillness, and re-charge. Forty minutes of guided meditation is followed by an art spotlight tour.
Facilitator: Kim Holton
Mats, cushions, and chairs will be available. This session will include a bit of gentle movement and yoga nidra, a guided meditation typically done lying down. Please dress comfortably and bring your own mat/blanket if you have one.
