Art 4 Autism - One Valley, One Family"Art 4 Autism" is an opportunity for local individuals on the Autism Spectrum to paint, draw, color and share their art canvas creations at the World Market Center for one month in fabulous downtown Las Vegas!
We are honored to have Las Vegas native Brian "Paco" Alvarez curate the "Art 4 Autism" Exhibition on October 1st, 2021. Paco is an anthropologist, Entrepreneur and one of Las Vegas cultural art experts! Paco has completed curatorial and management projects for the Liberace Museum, Siegfried and Roy Costume Collection, Nevada State Museum, City of Las Vegas Centennial Exhibition, Redevelopment of the historic 5th Street School, Consulted on overseas projects in London and has served on numerous art driven Non Profit Boards.
All ages welcome and participation is simple! Create the art piece and join FEAT at the World Market Center in Las Vegas on October 1st, 2021.
ART REQUIREMENTS:
1. Canvas sizes, minimum 8x10
maximum 36x42
2. Canvas & Art Supplies available upon request. Contact 702.368.3328 [email protected]
3. Paint, draw or color your masterpiece on canvas. Suggested themes are: Vegas, Animals, First Responders, Autism, Super Heroes and Free Form (your choice)
TIMELINE:
1. Art Deadline September 24th, 2021
2. All art must be turned in to the FEAT office: 7061 West Arby Ave. Ste 170 Las Vegas NV 89113
3. Photo & short bio of artist (300 words or less) must also be submitted by the art deadline.
EVENT DETAILS:
1. World Market Art Exhibition
October 1st, 2021 from 4-6pm
2. Hors d' d'œuvres, cocktails
3. Meet the artists, browse the exhibition and purchase art.
4. 50% of art proceeds go to the artist.
