Arrow and Yoga by Columbus Archery

This event combines our Archery wellness with Yoga. Join us in talking about connection to our bodies and how sometimes we can feel disconnected, especially in these trying times. Come celebrate Earth Day weekend with us at Columbus Archery, where we will introduce you to a somatic aromatherapy healing circle, a movement of our bodies with yoga, and finish it off with Archery, discussing how to let go of blockers that no longer serve us by releasing arrows to make way for the connections that are supposed to find us.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothes
• A journal

There will be physical movement in the somatic healing circle, with Archery and yoga.
