First Course
Ribollita - Tuscan white beans, veggies, ciabatta
Second Course
Crostini - Tomato jam, arugula pesto, whipped ricotta
Third Course
Salmon - AgroDolce, grape, golden raisins, pine nut, farro, swiss chard
Fourth Course
Zabaglione - berries, toasted pistachio
