Around the World in 3 Chicken Dishes

In this fun, hands-on class, explore global flavors and learn three approachable techniques to create internationally inspired dishes that are big on flavor and easy enough for any night of the week. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to spice up your dinner routine, this class will leave you with new skills, global inspiration, and three deliciously doable dishes to add to your repertoire.

On the menu:

Italian Chicken Rollatini – Chicken breasts pounded thin and rolled with savory prosciutto, provolone cheese, and spinach, then baked to golden perfection.

Indian Chicken Tikka Masala – Tender diced chicken simmered in a rich, buttery tomato sauce with warm spices (yes, you can make it at home!)

Spanish Chicken in Bravas Sauce – Juicy chicken thighs cooked in a bold, tangy paprika-tomato sauce, perfect for spooning over rice or roasted potatoes

• Aprons are provided.
• Please wear long pants and closed-toe, flat shoes.
• No sandals, flip-flops, or high heels are permitted in the kitchen for safety reasons.
• If you have long hair, make sure it is pulled back.

Nuts and other common food allergens are frequently used in our kitchens. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us as soon as possible before class. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs; however, adjustments cannot be made during the class.

If you need to cancel your class booking, you may do so up to 48 hours before the class to receive a refund or class credit.

If The Mix must cancel a class, you will be notified immediately by phone or email and given the option to switch to another class of equal value or receive a full refund.
