Finish off the menu with delicious red wine poached pears that will leave you wanting more! Chef Erin will teach tips and techniques to prepare each dish and guests will cook their own chic, romantic French-styled meal. Each Around the World class with Chef Erin, we will visit a new country from across the globe to dive into their style of cuisine. Recipes will be provided.
