An aromatherapeutic yoga experience. Vanessa weaves together the energetic properties of the essential oils and chakra supporting poses to align with a specific weekly intention. Various levels of practice are welcome. Beginners, know that you are in a very welcome space.
We use a variety of doTerra essential oils, certified pure tested grade. Participants are welcome but not required to apply the oils throughout the practice. For those with sensitivities, please take this into account. Please text Vanessa with questions. 520-490-8675.
