Jazz up the holiday season with a delicious sparkling mocktail and experience the transformative power of aromatic bitters.
We’ll start with an experiment using bitters and salts to change the aroma, flavor, and color of a non-alcoholic drink. Then you'll use pre-aged bitter and flavoring notes to create a "wet" bitters that will be ready for use at the completion of class, and a dry "chaos blend" to steep and age at home.
